Pauline Njoroge is a resourceful and results-driven communications professional with over 13 years of experience in strategic communication and digital media development across government and international organizations. She has worked with institutions such as the NEPAD/APRM Kenya Secretariat, The Presidency of Kenya, and the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), and has also served as a consultant to the African Union in various capacities.
She served as the Project Manager for the 2nd African Union (AU) Men’s Conference and as the Lead Content Expert for the African Governance Architecture Support Project (AGA-SP) under Expertise France.
Pauline’s work is marked by an ability to design and execute impactful media campaigns and public engagement strategies within complex organizational and governmental systems. She brings deep expertise in political and institutional communication, having contributed to presidential campaigns in Kenya as well as Africa-wide campaigns for individuals pursuing top leadership roles on the continent.
A seasoned team leader, Pauline has successfully recruited and mentored talent, built efficient internal structures, and coordinated with high-level stakeholders across national and international platforms.
In recognition of her role in integrating digital media into government communication frameworks, Pauline was awarded the Head of State Commendation (HSC) in 2017 by H.E. President Uhuru Kenyatta.
