In January 2025 Ebony Analytics Africa was contracted by AGRA to develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for the Office of the African Union (AU) Special Envoy for Food Systems. This initiative aimed to enhance visibility, advocacy, and policy influence on food systems transformation across the continent. The primary objective of this engagement was to document and communicate the Special Envoy’s mission, achievements and impact of his engagement while encouraging engagement among Africa Union (AU) Member States, policymakers, development partners, and other key stakeholders. As part of its mandate, Ebony Analytics Africa played a dual role, in managing strategic communication efforts while also providing advisory to the Special Envoy on effective messaging, public engagement, and media positioning.
