After being re-elected for his second and final term, President Uhuru Kenyatta set out to solidify his legacy by implementing significant development and transformative initiatives. Despite making major progress in infrastructure and socio-economic development it was important to create awareness among Kenyans, to help them understand and acknowledge the socio-economic benefits of these projects, and how they translate in their day-to-day life.

To bridge this communication gap, the Jubilee Administration undertook to document and effectively communicate its delivery programs across the country. The Administration engaged Ebony Analytics Africa team to develop a comprehensive digital communication outreach strategy for ministries, state departments and government agencies.

Ebony Analytics created a strategy that involved audience research for targeted communication, researched and documented all the ongoing development projects, undertook content creation and curation, content dissemination, and conceptualized interactive campaigns. The nationwide campaign utilized multimedia content, influencer partnerships, localized messaging, and real-time engagement to reach and engage the public.

The campaign reached over 10 million Kenyans across social media platforms and generated over 500,000 leads and inquiries. It also led to a notable increase in the Jubilee government's approval ratings, with over 70% of Kenyans indicating a more positive view of the government’s development agenda.

The "Uhuru Delivers" campaign highlighted the significance of strategic digital communication in governance, emphasizing a well-planned and executed digital communication strategy in building a lasting legacy for any administration.
